Appointments:

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in West Allis, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. Appointment requests are sent via email and will be addressed as soon as possible.

If your appointment request is urgent, please call our office at 414-321-6890. If for any reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or change an existing appointment.

Insurance and Billing:

We welcome a variety of dental insurance plans at Jeffrey Putney, DDS and are familiar with many of the plans available to our patients. Whether you are a new patient with us or an existing patient, we would be happy to verify your coverage and benefits at any time.

Our office accepts most traditional insurance plans and Dr. Jeffrey Putney is a Delta Dental Premier Provider. If you have questions regarding insurance and your coverage, please contact us to verify whether your insurance plan can be used in our office. All estimated co-payments are due at time of service.

For our patients without dental insurance, we accept checks, cash and most major credit cards.

We also offer a financing option through Care Credit. Care Credit is a financing program specifically designed for healthcare expenses. The program makes it easy to get the dental care you need. It is ideal for financing co-payments, deductibles, treatment, and procedures not covered by your dental insurance too. You must qualify prior to treatment for Care Credit.
